is that to get along with someone at work who stabs you in the back and dobs you in at every chance take criticisms with a pinch of salt and don’t let your emotions get the better of you.
Count to 10 and take a deep breath and wait until you alone before you cry. Better still get a voodoo doll to represent the person you loath to work with and take your agression out on that. Then just smile and laugh and conform. To hell with it all.
